Why am I having trouble viewing a PDF?
Most PDF viewing problems are caused by the user's PC configuration. Common problems include:
- Adobe Reader plugin is outdated
- Computer memory is low
- Both Adobe Acrobat Professional and Adobe Reader are installed on the system, resulting in a conflict
To resolve, try the following:
- Verify the PC has the latest version of the Adobe Reader plugin installed. Download it at http://get.adobe.com/reader
- Right-click the PDF link and select “Save Target As” to download it to the desktop. Click the PDF icon on the desktop to launch.
